Think about all the excuses we allow ourselves to give into. I'm sure that you can think of more than a handful of times we gave into that voice telling you all the reasons that it would be ok for you to skip your workout. And sometimes it is not only ok but, healthy and necessary to rest if you have been consistently exercising. The problem is for most individuals over training is not the issue, it is not staying on track to create the habits that lead to lasting good health, the physic you desire, or what ever your goal may be. In this video (my first time using a gopro) taken in the cold of winter in Maryland the air temps were 38, water temps 40, wind 10mph which had finally died down...along with the waves but, that didn't stop me! The board mount got knocked off on the 1st wave. Luckily I had my back up paddle mount! Regardless of the weather, or any other excise, get out for some fresh air to recharge your mind and body. Create a sense of adventure. Go forth and be free!
