We all have those moments or perhaps it consumes most of your life. The negative record player stuck on repeat. It takes consistent hard work just like anything else in life to turn those downers into thoughts that reflect self love. Start small. Look at yourself in the eyes standing in front of a mirror and tell yourself out loud one thing that you love about yourself. It can even be (gasp) a physical attribute. Repeat that process even when you don't feel like you mean it until you do. Then find something else and start the process over again. Even on the days that you feel nothing like the rockstar you are speaking yourself up to be. With time, start to notice the positive changes within and allow that love and positivity to flow out to others. You are beautiful. Now go find out why.
